Our safeguarding commitment

Every member of Paloma Support Limited is trained to recognise and report any sign that someone may be at risk of abuse, neglect, or harm. We work in partnership with local safeguarding boards and adhere to the Care Act 2014.

Raising a concern

If you have a safeguarding concern about someone in our care, please contact us immediately on 02382 182549 or email managers@palomahealthcare.co.uk. In an emergency, always call 999.

We collect only the information needed to respond to your enquiry or provide your care. Information submitted via our website forms is stored securely and is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing. You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by emailing managers@palomahealthcare.co.uk.
